Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Sushi Roll Mania, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree with the ways of Mt. Nori, you must depart the village immediately.
Eligibility (R18)
Sushi Roll Mania is strictly for players 18 years and older. By using this site, you confirm you meet this New Zealand age requirement for simulated gambling.
Virtual Currency (Nori Leaves)
Nori Leaves are entirely virtual and have no real-world value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, prizes, or real money under any circumstances.
No Real-Money Gambling
We are a free entertainment platform. Sushi Roll Mania operates purely as a social casino and is not subject to the Department of Internal Affairs (DIA) real-money gambling regulations.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, including Master Tako and the Scales of the Dragon, are the exclusive property of Nori Entertainment NZ Limited. You may not reproduce our village's assets without permission.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. We strive to provide a high-quality free experience.
Limitation of Liability
Nori Entertainment NZ Limited provides Sushi Roll Mania on an 'as is' basis. We are not liable for any technical interruptions that may cause a loss of Nori Leaves.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes regarding your time in Mt. Nori shall be resolved under New Zealand jurisdiction.
